Thermal Shock Testing

Thermal shock testing is performed using two zone temperature chambers.
Shock temperatures may range from -54°C to 260°C (-65°F to 500°F).
Load transfer is typically less than five seconds.
A special setup using liquid helium can further extend the low temperature
range to below -212°C (-350°F).
