Solar Testing

Solar radiation testing is performed in an open area under a 76 inch x 42 inch light bank.
In addition to conforming to MIL-STD requirements, the setup can be customized to accommodate special customer needs.

This test is for determining the heating effects of direct solar radiation on material.
